As Managing Director of ProQual Professional Qualification, I lead initiatives that enhance professional education, workforce development, and Business Development Services (BDS) for MSMEs in Myanmar. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in professional qualifications, entrepreneurship, digital skills, financial literacy, business continuity management, and organizational capacity building. I have worked with international organizations, educational institutions, business associations, and private sector partners to design and deliver high-impact training and consulting services. My current interests include international education partnerships, SME development, digital transformation, and sustainable business growth. Through ASEAN Access MATCH, I am seeking to build long-term collaborations with companies, training providers, universities, technology firms, investors, and business support organizations across ASEAN and China.
