With over three decades of diverse professional experience, I am a results-driven leader with a strong foundation in both creative and corporate environments. Beginning my career as a photojournalist, I developed a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and adaptability—skills that have remained central throughout my journey. Transitioning into the corporate sector, I held roles in Corporate Affairs, followed by progressive positions in Human Resources and Information Technology. My career growth reflects a deep commitment to organizational development, people management, and operational excellence. From HR Executive to Assistant Manager, and eventually HR Manager, I played a key role in shaping workforce strategies, improving systems, and fostering productive workplace cultures. In my most recent role as General Manager, I oversaw multi-outlet operations, managing six branches while successfully leading the expansion of the business into Malaysia for a Brunei-based company. This included strategic planning, team leadership, cross-border coordination, and ensuring consistent brand and operational standards across all outlets. At 50, I bring a wealth of experience, resilience, and leadership maturity, with a proven ability to adapt, lead, and deliver results across industries. I am passionate about building sustainable businesses, empowering teams, and driving growth through both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
