OSCO Sdn Bhd is a Brunei-based engineering and construction company, founded in 1993, that started out doing civil construction work for the government and has since grown into a broad, multi-disciplinary business. Today, OSCO works across seven main areas: Agriculture, Civil Infrastructure, Facility Management, Social Infrastructure, Energy, Water, and Retail. Its services cover everything from designing and building projects to managing and maintaining them afterward. Some of its key work includes installing solar panels for government and private buildings, managing car parks (including at Brunei International Airport and RIPAS Hospital), handling clinical and biohazard waste disposal for hospitals and clinics, running paddy (rice) seedling farms, and operating retail and hospitality services at the airport, such as luggage sealing, a halal food kiosk, and transit rooms for travelers. With official registrations from the Ministry of Development and a strong in-house team, OSCO has consistently delivered projects worth over BND 3 million a year, backed by experienced management and dedicated departments for administration, IT, marketing, HR, finance, and project management.
