The National Numbering and Barcodes Center (NBC) is a public service unit under the National Commission for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ), Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam. NBC administers the national numbering and barcode system and provides GS1 barcode registration, training, consulting, and technical support for the implementation of GS1 standards. NBC works with businesses, government agencies, and other organizations in the implementation and adoption of GS1 standards.
