Allan O. Gozon is the Founder and Managing Director of eBMS Training Solutions, a management consulting and capability-building firm dedicated to helping organizations improve people, systems, and business performance. With over three decades of experience spanning corporate leadership, international development, academe, and organizational consulting, he has guided businesses, industry associations, government agencies, and development organizations in strengthening competitiveness, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. A graduate of Industrial Engineering from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and with a Master of Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University, Allan combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. His expertise covers business systems improvement, organizational development, productivity and quality management, export marketing, leadership development, and enterprise competitiveness. Throughout his career, Allan has led and supported numerous local and international initiatives. He managed the Philippine Export Program for the Metalworking Industry (2012-2016) under the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI), Netherlands, in partnership with the Metals Industry Research and Development Center (MIRDC) under the Dept. of Science and Technology (DOST). He also served as Lead Coach and National Coach for the Export Management Coaching Initiative and as a National Expert (2022-2024) under the International Trade Centre's ARISE Philippines Program, helping enterprises improve market readiness and business performance. His consulting and training engagements have taken him to Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore, providing him with a global perspective while remaining grounded in the realities of Philippine enterprises. Allan has likewise mentored numerous micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), social enterprises, and business leaders in developing practical, results-oriented solutions. Beyond eBMS, Allan serves as the Philippine Country Head of BluC 53 Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based innovation and corporate consulting firm. He is also actively involved in the nonprofit sector as BOT-Treasurer of the Stella Maris Seafarers Center Cebu Foundation, Inc. and as a Board of Trustees Member of JPIC-IDC. At eBMS, Allan leads with a simple philosophy: better people build better systems, and better systems create better businesses. His passion is helping organizations translate strategy into execution through practical consulting, management development, and sustainable business solutions.
