Fadhlina Bakar is a Brunei-based entrepreneur, business consultant, trainer, and F&B operator with over 15 years of experience in hospitality, business operations, marketing, administration, HR, and MSME development. She is the founder of 6rencah and Kewkiology, currently operating from a home-based setup for her culinary graduate daughter. Since starting her entrepreneurial journey in 2008 and fully launching her business in 2019, she has led and managed multiple F&B and business development projects, including The Shared Kitchen Brunei, The Youth Café, Seria Crude Oil Terminal Canteen, and branding and menu revamp projects for Brunei MSME. Fadhlina also conducts small-scale MSME training and advisory sessions in graphic design, marketing, customer service, and HR administration, while continuing to support business growth initiatives in Brunei through consultancy, branding, and operational development.
