The matchmaking event is FREE to participate in and takes place 9am – 23pm Bangkok time (GMT +7) or 10am – 24pm Bali time (GMT+ 8) in order to accommodate any participants from European and American timezones. Moreover, it’s virtual, so you can connect with potential new business partners from the comfort of your home or office. Grab the opportunities to network with SMEs in the ASEAN region and G20 countries’ investors and buyers. Book private 1-on-1 meetings with potential business partners. Each matchmaking meeting last for 20min and is a perfect taster to discover whether there is anything to take further.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1 – Create your marketplace opportunity
Add a new “Marketplace opportunity” with descriptions, photos, videos of your products OR describe what you’re looking for.
Indicate any time slots that you are not available under “My availability” in your personal settings.

2 – Browse other participants / marketplace
You’ll want to book meetings with the people who most relevant you – read their profiles.

3 – Send and receive meeting requests
These are private, pre-booked 1-2-1 meetings, lasting 20min each – you book these before the event and no one else will be in this meeting.

4 – Join the meeting, talk business and make a new contact
Virtual matchmaking meeting is just a mini-traditional business meeting. Introduce yourself and what you’re looking for and find out the same about the other person. Agree on a follow up, if you both want to discuss further.
